ALL LIVE PRODUCTS SALES (Plants & flowers) are FINAL. 24 HR Guarantee must call our florist immediately regarding any issues and aftercare instructions.

  • Fresh flower aftercare: Trim the stems everyday, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat to extend their life.

Aftercare:

  • Flowers love cooler climate-display your blooms in a cooler temperature area of your space!
  • Keep fresh flowers away from drafts and extreme temperatures, which can quickly dry out the flowers causing wilting.
  • Do not place your arrangement near fruit or in the path of cigarette smoke as it releases ethylene gas which can cause flowers to wilt.
  • Placing flower arrangements on windowsills and other areas with full sun is not recommended and may cause wilting.
  • Keep your vase filled with water! All flower and foliage stems should be submerged this way they will last longer.
  • If your flowers came in a basket or other container with foam, add fresh water every day.
  • Immediately remove dead or wilting leaves and stems from fresh flower arrangements.
  • Refill water and change water daily as it gets muddy or cloudy.

Taking care of your fresh bouquet:

  • After carefully unwrapping your bouquet, clean the vase thoroughly with soapy water to remove any bacteria that could cause the fresh flowers to wilt.
  • Replace the water and mix in the flower preservative provided.
  • For best results, cut stems with a sharp knife at an angle about one to two inches from the bottom. This allows them to better absorb water. Do not use scissors to cut your flowers because they can crush the stems and prevent water absorption.
  • Place loose stems or wrapped bouquets of fresh flowers in your water mixture as soon as possible.
  • Product (not live product) returns are accepted in shop with copy of receipt for exchange or store credit.
  • Unfortunately, there are no returns for customers when recipients refuse to receive a delivery due to delivery confirmation and cost of cut goods or product.

  • If you are sending flowers to someone at a business, apartment, or any building where flowers cannot be left outside, drivers will likely call recipients BEFORE LEAVING THE SHOP to make sure they are at the location and able to come out to gather the delivery. No worries - it doesn't ruin the surprise, it just bumps the surprise a little sooner and gives them a fun bit of time to be filled with anticipation!

Remember natural cut flowers: Their purpose is to help people stay present and appreciate the moment. Flowers grow, blossom, thrive, and then fade, reminding us to be mindful of the present, and live in the moment.
